Refund policy

PLEASE READ
If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 days of placing an order, please contact us.
If you did receive a tracking number but at some point during transit you do not receive an update for 7 days or more, please contact us and a replacement or refund will be issued.
If USPS scans your order as “Delivered”, and you did not receive it, please contact your local Post Office for a resolution. In some cases, the order is scanned as "delivered" but actually shows up a day or 2 after.
